About 3E’s Foundation
3E’s Foundation exists to support people when pressure becomes overwhelming.
We work with business owners and individuals facing financial strain, business stress, housing instability, and declining wellbeing — recognising that these challenges are deeply connected and cannot be addressed in isolation. Our approach is grounded in empathy, empowerment, and ethical enterprise, focusing on people first rather than profit, fixed pricing, or one-size-fits-all solutions. Through six interconnected support pillars, we provide calm, practical, and person-centred pathways that help people regain stability, clarity, and control — at the moment they need it most.
Supporting People, Not Just Organisations
3E’s Foundation is a non-profit organisation based in the United Kingdom, created to support people when business pressure, financial strain, or personal challenges become overwhelming. We work alongside business owners, individuals, and communities, recognising that wellbeing, stability, and decision-making are deeply connected. Rather than offering fixed solutions or packaged services, we take a person-centred approach shaped around real need. Through empathy, empowerment, and ethical enterprise, we help people regain clarity, rebuild stability, and move forward with dignity — creating meaningful, lasting change where it matters most.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide wrap-around, person-centred support by bringing together six interconnected support pillars that respond to the real pressures people face. Each pillar addresses a different part of the challenge — business stress, wellbeing, housing stability, operational structure, ethical enterprise, and long-term sustainability — but none operate in isolation.
We recognise that people do not experience problems one at a time. Business pressure affects wellbeing. Housing instability affects decision-making. Poor systems increase stress. Our model is designed so that each pillar strengthens the others, creating joined-up pathways rather than fragmented solutions.
By working collaboratively across these pillars, and alongside trusted partners, 3E’s Foundation delivers practical, ethical, and holistic support that adapts to individual circumstances. This ensures people receive the right help, at the right time, in the right way — supporting recovery, stability, and long-term change rather than short-term fixes.
Peer-to-Peer, Built on Real Experience
What makes 3E’s different is that our support is peer-to-peer, led by real people with real experience of the pressures we are helping others navigate. The individuals behind 3E’s have spent years working directly with business owners, organisations, and people in distress — long before 3E’s formally existed. They understand first-hand how business pressure, financial strain, health, family responsibilities, and personal identity can collide, often quietly and without warning.
Because of this, our work is not delivered from a distance. When someone engages with 3E’s, they are speaking to people who genuinely understand their world — how their business operates, what they are trying to achieve personally, and how closely the two are connected. Conversations are grounded in lived experience, not scripts or targets, which allows trust to build quickly and honestly.
Our team works collaboratively, drawing on different strengths and perspectives, so individuals are never passed between disconnected professionals. Instead, people are supported through joined-up conversations that recognise the whole picture — the person, the business, the family, and the wider impact. This shared, peer-led approach creates space for openness, reduces stigma, and helps people feel understood rather than assessed.
At its core, 3E’s is about people supporting people — with empathy, clarity, and integrity — so that meaningful recovery and long-term stability become possible.
Help Us Expand Support for Company Directors
3E’s Foundation is building a growing network of ethical businesses, professionals, and sector specialists who want to use their experience to support company directors under pressure. As demand increases, so does the need for wider expertise — across finance, operations, construction, manufacturing, professional services, care, logistics, and beyond.
By joining us, you are not signing up to sell services. You are helping strengthen the support pillars that allow directors to receive the right help at the right time — whether that is practical guidance, sector insight, operational understanding, or simply speaking to someone who genuinely understands their world.
Working together allows us to expand the sectors we can support, reduce isolation for directors in distress, and ensure that no one is left navigating pressure alone. Your involvement helps turn lived experience and professional knowledge into meaningful, preventative support.
