3e’s Foundation exists to support people when business, financial pressure, or personal strain becomes overwhelming. We focus on people first — not profit, not fixed pricing, and not one-size-fits-all solutions.

We Are a Non-Profit, Not a Consultancy

3e’s Foundation is a non-profit organisation supporting business owners and individuals under pressure across South Wales and Liverpool. We do not operate on fixed fees, packaged services, or standard pricing models.

Every situation is different. Every person is different.
Support is shaped around need — not affordability.

Funding for our work can come from:

National Lotterys grant funding, businesses being supported (not always the individual), partner organisations who help fund delivery, or, where appropriate, a contribution from the person receiving support

No one is excluded from help because of money.

Why Early Support Matters

Business owners are statistically more likely to experience severe stress, isolation, and suicidal thoughts than the general population. Pressure often builds quietly — through HMRC issues, debt, responsibility for others, and fear of failure.

Many people do not ask for help until they are already in crisis.

3e’s exists to change that.

We focus on early, ethical intervention — supporting people before pressure turns into collapse, and before mental health deteriorates beyond control.

Asking for help early is not weakness.
It is often the strongest decision a person can make.

3E’s is a not-for-profit organisation being built around six interconnected support pillars.
Right now, our focus is on supporting people in crisis early — before financial pressure, business failure, or emotional distress becomes a breaking point.

We do not operate on fixed prices.

Our work is funded through a blend of National Lottery funding, ethical partnerships, organisational contributions, and—where appropriate—fees paid by businesses rather than individuals.
